I’m Jeff Wartena, and I founded Blue River Construction 25 years ago out of a desire to make every home the very best it can be. I believe every house and project deserves to live up to your dreams; personal attention with quality craftsmanship is the only way to achieve that.

Utah has been my home for more than 30 years, and my wife and I have raised a wonderful family of six sons. My greatest accomplishment has been to pass on to them the same work ethic and honesty that drives me to make every project a work of art. Growing up, I was told to make every job your best, and that's the philosophy I bring to each home.

As a licensed general contractor, I've worked on homes and remodels of all sizes, from "Parade of Homes" showcases to single bathrooms. In addition to employing high-quality subcontractors, I am a master carpenter, painter, and tile layer, with experience in virtually all residential trades.
